Here at Lets Move Healthy, we seek to educate parents, students and teachers on the benefits of proper nutrition. The more students are taught at home and at school, the more likely they are to make smarter eating choices when they’re out on their own. In the past 30 years, the number of snacks children eat a day has tripled. It’s our job to ensure that the snacks they are eating are as healthy as can be.
